Whistler and Banff …?

For a ski / snowboard vacation, what place would you say is better?

It depends that you want. Is Whistler Ski in / ski out, while in Banff must take a bus for any mountain. Whistler was certainly more of an attitude of parties. In Whistler peak is as crazy busy (I waited 25 minutes per day for a trip on the gondola from the village). It is also more expensive in Whistler. Lift Tickets is $ 90 per day at Whistler, compared with $ 75 in Banff. Hotels and food are more expensive in Whistler. Total depends on what you want.
