Snowboard Boots Replacement Part (BOA Coiler system truck stop)?

I just went snowboarding yesterday with a pair of snowboard boots VANS (OMNI). These boots use the BOA closure system of winding with the small wheel to turn, or to tighten or loosen the boot. On the road to one of the races, the left wheel and now I can tighten or loosen one of the boots. I wonder where and how you can find a replacement for this part. Any help is greatly appreciated =)

How long have you buy the boots, because this will certainly be able to claim the warranty. if still under warranty, then contact Vans. if not under warranty, the best bet for finding a replacement part still be in contact directly with the cars and probably repaired by a share. Besides, I think you could try eBay, you really have any.
